Prayer for the peace of the soul of a deceased person
זֵכֶר עַל מֵת
Blessed be the memory of the fair, wise, righteous and holy (people), and also the memory of the deceased *, let him/her be blessed, let him/her be rewarded with resurrection.
Let the God of Israel honour him/her with bliss among the righteous (people), who reside in Paradise, let it be fulfilled to him/her what is written in Scripture:

Let is his/her soul connect into the womb of immortality near his/her יהוה God.
