Prayer after learning
בְּרָכָה אַחַר הַלִּמּוּד
יהוה our God and the God of our fathers, we praise and we thank Your Great and Holy Name, because You have allowed us today to hear wise words of Teaching, the instructions and the commandments from the mouths of our teachers.
Let it be Your will, יהוה our God, to give us the strength and power to visit every day this school until the end of our studying and to be obedient children of our parents, to be able to delight their hearts and to be loyal subjects of our Tsar and our homeland. Amen!
יְהוָֹה אֶלֹהֵינוּ וֵאלֹהֵי אֲבוֹתֵינוּ שֶׁבַח וְהוֹדָאָה לְשִׁמְךָ הַגָּדוֹל וְהַקָּדוֹשׁ כִּי זִכִּיתָנוּ הַיּוֹם לִשְׁמֹעַ דִבְרֵי תוֹרָה וְחָכְמָה וּמוּסָר מִפִּי מְלַמְּדֵינוּ׃
וִיהִי רָצוֹן מִלְּפָנֶיךָ יְהוָֹה אֱלֹהֵינוּ שֶׁתִּתֶּן לָנוּ כֹחַ וְעָצְמָה לִשְׁקֹד עַל דַלְתוֹת בֵּית הַסֵּפֶר הַזֶּה יוֹם יוֹם עַד הַשְׁלִימֵנוּ אֶת חֹק לִמּוּדֵנוּ בּוֹ׃
וְנִזְכֶּה לִהְיוֹת בָּנִים נֶחְמָדִים לְהוֹרֵינוּ לְשַׂמֵּחַ אֶת לִבָּם וַעֲבָדִים נֶאֱמָנִים לְמַלְכֵּנוּ וּלְאֶרֶץ מוֹלַדְתֵנוּ אָמֵן׃
